1.该机器的定位﹑刮印﹑回油﹑移位等整个印刷过程全自动，无需人工干预，极大降低操作员工的劳动强度。

2.刮刀压力保持一致，刮印平稳﹑回油均匀﹑印刷色差小，转移了印刷品质对操作员工的高度依赖。

3.每4-6秒刮印一次，每小时800-1200次持续不间断运行，生产效率大幅提高。

4.快速对版装置﹑简单的换版装置，一次对版后换版无需重复，不会因为换版而降低生产效率。

5.采用触摸屏人机界面，多种人性化模式，印刷可0-N次任意设定，印刷过程自动完成，操作简单易懂；采用高精密布进马达，24V直流电控制，无需外接电源，安全可靠，有效提高生产效率。

6.可与客户现有的台板相结合，充分利用现有资源，降低技术升级难度，可订做350*380mm的印刷幅面，满足不同幅面需求。

7.一台印刷机可用一条台板线上两边印刷循环使用，大量节省人工成本，减少印刷油墨对操作员的身体危害及环境污染。
